Although I'm not familiar with EXO, I drew this picture for my #1 BEST friend: Sketch7778. It was interesting to draw someone that I wasn't familiar with at all. Since me and my elder sister already drew Eunhyuk and Jaejoong, I thought I'd draw Chanyeol for you! Hey 친구여! Thank me! This is one of my fav from your gallery. I think the sketchy quality it has transcends a spontaneous feeling to the viewer, like a snapshot. The chosen photo with the expression of your model fits into this transitory moment, looking surprised or vulnerable for that brief time-frame. Sometimes precisely made pencil drawings can feel sterile, more like freezing time. Your drawing however is a promising example of a technique ( fast pencil sketch) which accompanies a feeling on a certain moment that can pass on more freely, almost recklessly over time.
